Fees and payment
Every program page shows its fee, its duration and its next confirmed intake. Fees are quoted in Kenya shillings, with a currency selector for other markets. Installment plans are available on programs of six weeks and longer.
Fee schedule
The fee is set against the cohort you join, so the figure on a program page is the figure for that intake. Price on application is reserved for corporate and commissioned work.
Installment plans
Installment plans are available on programs of six weeks and longer. The number of installments and the payment dates are set against each program, and they are shown before you pay.
Payment options
Multiple payment options are available, with installments on longer programs. Multi-currency pricing means a payer outside Kenya can settle the fee in their own currency.
Pay from a mobile wallet at checkout.
Pay by debit or credit card in Kenya shillings or in your own currency.
Transfer the fee directly, in full or by installment.
We invoice your employer on standard terms against a purchase order or a letter of undertaking.
Employer invoicing
Invoice on standard terms
We invoice an employer against a purchase order or a letter of undertaking. Multi-year framework agreements are available for repeat programs.
Group rates from five participants
Group rates apply from five participants. Institutions certifying five or more staff also receive a consolidated competency report.
Industrial training levy
Employers paying the industrial training levy can claim reimbursement. We prepare the levy reimbursement claim documentation with the proposal.
Paying for someone else
If you are funding someone else’s studies, we will invoice you directly if you prefer. The payment link can be sent to a payer who is not the applicant, so an employer, a parent or a relative abroad can settle the fee. With the learner’s consent we will confirm enrollment, attendance and completion to you in writing at each stage.
Refunds and deferrals
The refund and deferral policy is published in full, and it is published before any form takes a payment. It states what is refundable, the period in which a refund can be requested, and the terms on which a place can be deferred to a later cohort.
