About this program
The Certified Data Analyst Professional combines data science with behavioural and consumer intelligence; the analytics behind recommendation engines, retention modelling and attention design. Four levels build technical fluency in Python, SQL, machine learning, big data and cloud analytics; behavioural fluency in cognitive bias, psychometrics, sentiment analytics and A/B testing; and strategic fluency in UX analytics, personalisation systems, growth analytics and AI ethics. Learners build and defend a live analytics system before an expert panel.
