About this program

The Cooperative Resilience Program equips boards and executives to build institutions that survive political shifts, climate shocks, liquidity crises, cyber incidents and leadership transitions. Ten modules move from institutional risk heatmapping through business continuity design, liquidity stabilisation, climate and political risk, ERP and IT continuity, crisis communication and leadership culture each producing a usable artefact. Participants finish with a blueprint ready for board adoption. Graduates earn the Certificate in Institutional Resilience and Continuity.
